HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
1. Order, inquiry or reservation, can be made by send us an order form or email to butiklisa11@yahoo.com.
2. Wait for CONFIRMATION reply on items availability and payment details.
3. Please check your spam / junk / boxbe folder if you still didn’t get our replies after 24 hours.
4. Kindly arrange for payment within 2 days to avoid AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of your order. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.
5. To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please attach the payment details after you have transferred or banked in the money. Fail to do so; your item(s) will not be posted.
6. Delivery will be made via PosLaju within 5 working days.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. First come and first serve basis.
2. Before make any orders, please look at the availability status of the item. BUTIK LISA always updates the availability status of every item. You can always order any items with AVAILABLE status. Please don't place any orders for items with SOLD OUT/OUT OF STOCK status.
3. Only serious buyers, no BACK OUTS or EXCHANGE after confirmation has been sent to you. BACK OUT BUYERS will be BLACKLIST.
4. Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 2 days only. Payments to be made to our bank account within 2 days of confirmation. Once the 2 days are up it will be open for other buyers.
5. Payment method shall be via Maybank2U and CIMBclicks.
6. Buying is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred during shipping.
7. Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. Items sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.
8. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting.
9. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
10. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
